Music meets Art
As twilight slowly sets in outside, the Museum Reinhard Ernst in Wiesbaden again opens its doors for a truly unique museum experience. Under the motto ‘Music meets Art,’ accordionist Martynas Levickis together with other musicians on electric guitar, bass, and DJ booth, presents electronic sounds fused with tango music.
From a stage in the museum’s open area, the music spreads throughout the building, inviting the audience to wander through its halls. Depending on where you are, the sound will be louder or softer as you admire the collection of abstract works—a symbiosis of two art forms that, at their core, share much in common, yet differ greatly in appearance. In combination, they create new dimensions of artistic experience.
This is an ear-opening and eye-opening concept—a sensory play to be experienced in this unique form for the first time.
